In-house manufacturing or outsourcing? This is a recurring question. Somack can take on the complete manufacturing with all functional and application elements. From the idea to the finished product, including assembly and installation. We increasingly not only manufacture devices, machines or other products but also install them ready-for-use according to your installation plans. Thanks to our vertical range of manufacture, we can quickly realise your orders and deliver samples. To be able to offer a single-source solution, we cooperate with selected suppliers. CNC milling/turning/grinding
CNC machining is another of our specialities. We use state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machining centres and powerful CAD/CAM systems to machine complex machine components with the highest precision. The application range in CNC machining is wide – thanks to the latest in machines and machining centres. That's why are able to make, for every order, the right selection in respect to the system to be used and, at the same time, taking the price/performance relationship into consideration.
Surface treatment
Our full-service offering includes surface treatment of the manufactured products, because every customer has individual requirements in respect to corrosion, wear and ageing protection, but also to the finishing of his work piece surfaces. In cooperation with our reliable partners, we can provide a large spectrum of suitable individual finishing treatments for your selection, including: Heat treatment, surface finishing, colouring, and much more.

The provision of capacities for job order production is an essential component of our component production unit. In addition to processing individual orders, we are also highly interested in long-term and sustainable collaborations.
Quality assurance
All employees in our manufacturing department are trained skilled workers who verify the defined specifications during the production processes. Our quality assurance team is equipped with, amongst other things, a modern Tesa 3D measuring machine for inspecting every component before it leaves our premises. You can rest assured that you will receive high-quality products. In addition, our machine tools are fitted with measuring probe systems. Measuring and quality control directly at the machine tool ensures reliability and increases the overall quality.
